Atameken launches fundraising campaign for victims of explosion in Arys
The Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs calls on the business community to support those affected by the disaster in Arys and provide all possible assistance to the residents. The blast had rocked the depot at the military unit in Arys in the morning.
The residents of the town were evacuated and businessmen of Turkestan region and Shymkent are already providing them assistance. In particular, medical and psychological support is currently provided by private clinics. The organization of the provision of foodstuffs and temporary accommodation for residents is being carried out. The University of Turkestan has already prepared places for 300 people in Turkestan.
The employees of the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs have joined the search for children missing during evacuation.
The Chairman of the Regional Council of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Shymkent Kairat Moldaseitov donated 10 million tenge to help the victims.
