Businessmen donate more than KZT 18 mn for victims of Arys explosion

Businessmen supported Atameken's call and provide victims with the necessary assistance - money, food, and medicines within the first 24 hours.

Members of the Regional Councils of Chambers of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan rallying round to help the victims. On the day of emergency, the chairman of the Regional Council of Shymkent Kairat Moldaseitov donated 10 million tenge. The Borte Milka company donated 5 million tenge as financial aid and another 2 million tenge for the purchase of food products.

Kentau Transformer Plant donated 1 million tenge to help the victims. Farab Plant LLP provided with foodstuffs, Kuanysh LLP also helped with foodstuffs and clothes. Ordabasy Kus LLP provided bedding, Amankeldi LLP delivered two tonnes of fruit, and Bars 2030 Company brought drinking water. Sairam-sut also provided clothes, bedding, and food. Arnes Center company organized the transportation of people by 12 buses. Shymkent-based entrepreneur Shingys Kozbakhov donated 2 million tenge to help the victims.

Owners of such enterprises of the West Kazakhstan region as Beles Agro LLP, Kubley LLP, Chance LLP, Zhaiyk Yet LLP, Altyndar supermarket chain, Zhangir KhanTrading House, Kazstepservices LLP, Batys Product LLP, Ural Transformer Plant LLP showing their solidarity by donating necessary things. They shipped flour, pasta, butter, canned foods, confectionery, hygiene products, and children's clothes.

The enterprizes of the Kostanay region, Milkh LLP and BK-Story LLP, donated money to help victims. 

Magnum Cash & Carry, the Almaty supermarket chain, sent 3 million tenge worth of products. Almaty Heavy Machine Industry Plant JSC and Atacom LLP donated one million tenge. Many businessmen apply to the Regional Chambers to donate money and send humanitarian aid to victims anonymously.

In general, the businessmen raised more than 18 million tenge in 24 hours. 

 The Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Turkestan region mobilized the entire staff. On the eve of the event, the Chamber organized points of collection of provisions and other necessary assistance from entrepreneurs. There are 9 evacuation points in Turkestan city, the employees of the Regional Chamber and the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Shymkent work there as volunteers.

Remind that, the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs called on the business community to support those affected by the disaster in Arys and provide all possible assistance to the residents. The blast had rocked the depot at the military unit in Arys on 24 June.
