Businessmen shared their life hacks with students of Zhas Kasipker project

The young businessmen have met with the students of the Zhas Kasipker project on the BASTA site and told them about the real cases without any boring theory.

"We have specially launched this project so that the participants could get acquainted with real entrepreneurs who will share their life hacks and mistakes, and they will answer their questions," the director of the Department of Mass Entrepreneurship and Microfinance of the Atameken NCE RK Baurzhan Orazgaliyev said.

The co-founder of the Naimi.kz company Magzhan Madiev and founder of the English language school Rocket Study Arslan Darimov has officially opened the dialogue platform of BASTA for the students of the first stream of the Zhas Kasipker project.

Magzhan Madiev the way he transformed the digital-agency and cleaning service into the platform for recruitment of the private specialists in household services and attract investments in the amount of 1 million dollars.

"I will immediately say that the startup is not a classic business model. Until we realized it, we were on the verge. Four years later, in 2018, our company became self-sufficient. Do not make our mistakes. When we attracted investments, we immediately rented the office, hired people, and then we realized that we spend more than the company brings in," Magzhan Madiev said.

The entrepreneur also said that it is necessary to act correctly.

"The BASTA site is a good opportunity to get acquainted and create a community. You can have a wide network of professional relationships and potential buyers," the entrepreneur said.

According to the founder of the Rocket Study English language school Arslan Darimov, when starting a business the choice of design and a beautiful name is better to bring into the background, and first of all the novice entrepreneurs should think about why he started this business and how to help his client.

"You must understand how you differ from other companies and what you can give to your client. Otherwise, all your efforts are a waste of energy and money. When I started my school, I thought about the beautiful name and did not immediately realize my advantages," Arslan Darimov said.

According to the entrepreneur, the main thing and the most difficult thing in business is scaling up, because in the process you have to constantly look for the qualified personnel.

In addition, the students were presented with the Atameken Academy educational platform. As Arslan Darimov noted, the main goal is localized educational content for young people who do not know where to start.

"We want to create a unique platform where you cannot only learn, but also become a potential employee of our partners," the entrepreneur said.

It should be noted that the platform for the students of the Zhas Kasipker project will work every weekend, also the BASTA platform will be launched in all regions of Kazakhstan.
