In this connection the task on reduction of all costs for business, says the director of the Chamber of entrepreneurs of Astana Ghani Tasmaganbetov

"The first important priority of the Address is decrease of the state's role in the economy. Today, the proportion of state involvement in the economy is at least 50%, due to national companies, quasi-public sector. Government’s task – is to reduce the state's share to 15% of GDP - level of OECD member countries. This, of course, would be a big step to promote entrepreneurship, i.e., business will take up the vacant niche", - said Gani Tasmaganbetov.

He also noted that "the expansion of public-private partnerships provides great potential for business development in Kazakhstan". "We are talking about the transfer of a number of public services to business. A good example named by the President is the number of kindergartens, which have been built by the state and the private sector. If in previous three years, the state has built 189 kindergartens for 40 thousand people, the private sector has opened more than 1,300 for 100 thousand. It is worth noting that we do not have in Astana a large volume of public private preschools. Perhaps this is due to the size of the subsidies in this segment, but this year we hope the situation will improve. The size of state subsidies will increase to 30 thousand per child ", - said the director of the Metropolitan Chamber.

"The third most important aspect of the Address is, in his opinion, the promotion of entrepreneurship. "The Government together with the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs" Atameken" was given a task to reduce all types of costs for businesses. This means that to open own business will be easier, cheaper and, consequently, more profitable. NCE already conduct important work directly with NCE "Atameken" in all regions - continues to motivate people to become entrepreneurs, teaching them the basics and the subtleties of the business at "Business Schools". And, of course, to protect the interests of business in all spheres", - concluded Ghani Tasmaganbetov.
