The gala show of fur outfits made in CIS countries and Turkey was held in Astana,

At the third international gala show were presented signature fur collections by leading designers of Kazakhstan, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine and Turkey.

"The purpose of the gala show is the positioning of the Eurasian region as one of the legislators of fur fashion with centuries-old national traditions, as well as to demonstrate the achievements of the dynamically developing region in the production and trade of fur and recruitment of young people in the industry", - said the organizer of the event, the president of Kazakhstan fur trade association Sergey Vedyashev.

Welcoming the participants of the international gala show, demonstrating signature fur collections, the head of the Secretariat of Commerce of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan "Atameken" Zhibek Azhibaeva noted that the NCE supports the initiative to hold this event.

"Today the future development of light industry in modern conditions of a single economic space requires consolidation and the efforts of the business community, public authorities, trade unions and public organizations", - said the representative of "Atameken" and expressed confidence that the results of this event will give a special impetus to the development of domestic light industry in fur design art.

Guests were shown more than 150 exclusive works by designers from the countries of the Eurasian region of the international fur federation (IFF-Eurasia).
