The President set several tasks before the renewed composition of the deputies, including the task of improving the legislative work. In addition, the Parliament will adopt a number of new draft laws.
"First of all, it is necessary to adopt a single Tax Customs Code, which will ensure transparency of fiscal procedures, and second of all, with the adoption of the Code "On Subsoil and Subsoil Use", in a single legislative act will be accumulated all instruments, governing all relationships in this sphere", - stated N. Nazarbayev.
In addition, we "need changes in the existing legislation on the electricity".
"This is required for the process of enforcement of energy transmission organizations", - he said.
Legislation in the field of competition regulation will alter. "In the second phase of the reform of antitrust sphere, it is necessary to amend the legislation on competition", - continued Nursultan Nazarbayev.
The legal framework "in terms of the further transfer to the state functions in a turbulent environment" will also be modernized.
