"Atameken" and KASE have agreed to co-teach domestic companies to the basics of the stock market

NCE RK "Atameken" and the Kazakhstani Stock Exchange in the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation signed a joint action plan

This document reflects the main areas of joint work - the development of new financial instruments, alternative investor base, corporate governance in companies and increase the level of financial and investor literacy.

As it was noted by the Deputy Chairman of NCE RK "Atameken" Yuliya Yakupbaeva, currently regional chambers of entrepreneurs are already working on information and selection of domestic companies for accession to the stock market, taking into account the requirements of KASE.

Thus, the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the East Kazakhstan region provided a list of 8 regional companies.

According to the Plan, the Exchange carries out on the basis of regional chambers of entrepreneurs free of charge training of owners and executives of the companies to basic if stock market and the use of instruments of the stock market in the management of financial flows of the company.

For more competent counseling of entrepreneurs in the regions about the domestic stock market and its possibilities, the Exchange stipulates a training program. Thus, the employees of the central office of NCE and the regional chambers have a great opportunity to increase their awareness of the infrastructure of the stock market and its main elements.

Companies preparing to enter the stock market, the Exchange will provide ongoing support through advice on all matters related to the accession to the stock market. In short, the Exchange will provide full support, starting from training, promotion of companies, ending with the access to the stock market.

In addition, within the framework of the Joint Action Plan was outlined a series of measures for the implementation and development of corporate governance. There will be established single support service on the basis of the National Chamber of entrepreneurs with the assistance of professional consultants, companies planning the implementation of corporate governance in line with international practices. And, importantly, the Exchange as a separate program also intends to train owners and company executives to the implementation and organization of corporate governance in companies.

As you can see, all of the activities listed in the Joint Action Plan are aimed at opening new opportunities for our companies in the area of ​​raising financing through the local stock market.
