Galymbek Zhaksylykov: "The Address has opened up new opportunities for entrepreneurs"

"Of course, every citizen of Kazakhstan is looking forward to the annual Address of the President Nursultan Nazarbayev. Problems, which have been touched upon in the address are especially important for business representatives. It can be said that the current Address "The third Modernization of Kazakhstan: global competitiveness" has opened up new opportunities for entrepreneurs and citizens with entrepreneurial initiative", - said the director of RCE.
As was noted in the Address that people with entrepreneurial initiative, residents of the towns, the villagers will be given micro-credits of up to 16 million tenge.
"Leader of the Nation noted that it is necessary to expand the scope of micro-credits, we need to make greater use of leverage of guarantees and rendering of service to businesses, and these measures should be implemented together with the organization of business training and financial literacy - says Galymbek Zhaksylykov. - Also in his address to the Head of State noted the necessity of the Government together with the National Chamber of entrepreneurs to take all measures to reduce business costs. This is especially true for the cost of services in the fields of energy, transport and logistics, as well as housing and communal services".
According to him, since this year started its activity the Center servicing entrepreneurs. "New types of services are offered to entrepreneurs, one of which - assistance in obtaining permits (technical conditions for the supply of gas, electricity, water, heat). For example, we all know that in the preparation of technical specifications for energy, entrepreneurs face with difficulties, so we hope that these types of services will facilitate this process", - said Galymbek Zhaksylykov.
Complex works to improve the skills of entrepreneurs in running business at the Chamber will also continue. For example, this year under the program "Business Roadmap - 2020", it is planned to train more than 800 people on the project "Business Advisor", 125 entrepreneurs - within "Business Growth", 60 people within project based training, and the component "Business Bastau "within the" Program of development of productive employment and large-scale entrepreneurship" it is planned to train 938 people.
