DRAFT OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURAL AND PROCESSUAL CODE IS BROUGHT UP TO THE DISCUSSION
The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken" re-submitted the draft of the Administrative Procedural-Processual Code and the accompanying bill. The developer is the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The bill is aimed at regulating public relations related to the implementation of administrative procedures, including the organization of internal government agencies, as well as administrative proceedings to resolve disputes in the field of public relations.
The adoption of this code (including the introduction of administrative justice in Kazakhstan) will promote a more responsible approach of public servants and/or authorized state bodies to the performance of their functions and tasks (compliance with the law, improving the quality of public services to controlled subjects, a more polite and attentive attitude, diligence and decency), which will favorably affect business activities in general.
