The introduction of the requirement on registration of the dispatch notes is planned to be postponed till July 1, 2020. The reason for the revision of the date of implementation of the dispatch notes was the appeals of business and the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs to the state body.

Entrepreneurs' concerns about the introduction of the dispatch notes are connected with the increase in the administrative and financial burden and risk of administrative liability.

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan initiated amendments to Order No. 1424 of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 26 December 2019 regarding the postponement of the introduction date of the dispatch notes. This draft order has been placed for public discussion. You can find it here.

According to the proposed changes, it is planned to postpone the terms of the registration of dispatch notes until July 1, 2020, for goods subject to marking in accordance with international agreements and legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, until October 1, 2020.

In the near future, the Draft Order will be sent to the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs for approval with the business community.
