Business has a chance to implement the most challenging projects
New development priorities, which were voiced by the Head of State in his Address, were discussed at the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Aktobe region
The current changes enable realization of the most daring projects of small business. The widespread development of mass entrepreneurship, active spread of rural cooperation on the basis of strategies, all these will solve the remaining problems in the labor market, helping to improve the standard of living of the population, including the villagers, said in his speech the director of the Chamber Nurlybek Mukanov. He spoke in detail about a new program of development of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship, designed for 2017-2021. New approaches are focused precisely on small businesses, individual entrepreneurs and small farms, including citizens who wish to start their own business and work for themselves. The volume of financing instruments and micro-credit infrastructure will be increased. All present people got interested in the program. There were questions, followed by an explanation. The program provides soft loans to small businesses without sectoral restrictions up to 18 million tenge under 6%. At the same time in order to address the problem of the collateral, there will be implemented a system of micro-credit guarantee. For budding entrepreneurs, the size of guarantee is up to 85% of the cost of a loan, for operating ones - 50%.
Nurlybek Mukanov paid attention to another direction of the strategic document - the importance of the digital and IT-technologies. During the discussion all agreed that IT- and mobile applications are important to reduce the cost and time to speed up the exchange of information, exchange of goods and services. On this basis, it was concluded that IT should help to reduce the administrative barriers to business.
