Failure to comply with technical regulations may stop the operation of the company

The representatives of the food industry were informed about it at the training seminar organized by the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan "Atameken".

Highly qualified teachers of Moscow high school told Kazakh food manufactures about the System of Food Safety on the basis of HACCP in accordance with the requirements of Customs Code of CU 021/2011 "On food safety".

"The need for this workshop is due to the fact that currently in compliance with the technical regulations of the Customs Union 021/2011, in the implementation process of food production, the manufacturer shall establish, implement and maintain procedures based on the principles of HACCP. The requirements of technical regulations are binding. Administrative responsibility is applicable for mismatch with the specified requirements in the Republic of Kazakhstan, up to the stop of the enterprise", - said the director of the Department of Technical Regulation NCE RK" Atameken" Sergey Radaev.

According to the organizers, this workshop will allow students to gain practical skills for independent work, to develop and to implement systems, to ensure food safety during the production, storage and transport, based on the principles of HACCP. The training program includes theoretical and practical lessons, training and final testing. Attendees of the seminar were given a complete set of teaching materials and handouts, regulatory documents in an electronic form (attached).

Upon completion of the training seminar personal certificates will be handed over.
