The Kazakh Government discussed the pace of implementation of the state program "Nurly Zhol", one of the objectives of which is to support the infrastructural development of small-medium businesses.

"25 billion tenge is allocated in 2015-2016 for the construction of the missing infrastructure for the business objects within the "Road Map of Business 2020", of which in for, of which 15 billion tenge is provided for 2016", - he said at a Government meeting the Minister of National Economy Kuandik Bishimbayev.

The Minister noted that according to the financing plan 9 billion tenge were transferred in the current year to Akimats, of which 8 billion tenge, or 90% were utilized.

"Akimats Akmola, Aktobe, Karaganda, Kostanai, Pavlodar regions and Almaty used the funds in full. Akimat of EKR mastered 80%, South Kazakhstan region - 85%", - added Kuandik Bishimbayev.

According to the Minister of national economy, partial disbursement "due to the backlog of work schedule, non-performance of obligations by contractors, and suspension of the project in EKR in connection with the audit of the Committee for Financial Control".

In general, over the years of implementation of the state program the missing engineering networks are built for 126 SMEs, said the Minister.

In addition, 15 billion tenge is provided through the bond loan of the Holding "Baiterek" encourage pre-export and export financing. "Currently" DBK approved 7 projects worth 18.8 billion tenge, of which 3 projects were already financed worth 4.6 billion tenge. In addition, 9 projects worth 22.4 billion tenge are still considered", - concluded the Minister.
